Another solar rotation and I'm still here, just about. Been dealing with the worst flare in more than a decade so that's been a lot, but I am very slowly coming out the other side and picking up a camera again.

I found out recently that they're actually all birds, things like five gold rings refer to gold ringed pheasants, the pipers are sand pipers etc. Technically if you follow the full song with the gifts being added to each day you'd end up with 364 birds 😳
