Finally played some Age of Sigmar - had my army painted for something like 7 years and this was my first game. It's really good fun, essentially just stripping out three of the worst bits about 40k - the terrain rules, getting shot off the board and having to ask opponents their rules constantly.
Tried out the Grotmas Plague Legion detachment recently, fantastic - the most fun I've had with my nurgle daemons
Got my first game of AoS today, what's the best way to very quickly learn the rules?
I know 40k, I understand about concepts like charging. I'm interested in how the game works. Like how 40k is a game all about hiding behind ruins
