Product-Market Fit Never Rests Those who don’t find it and continually build it will die

Product-market fit (PMF) is a journey, not a point in time

It can kill companies in some interesting ways:

-Never finding PMF
-Premature declaration of PMF
-Failure to continually build PMF

Many thought they had it, but are discovering otherwise now…
