Ein schmaler, geschwungener Feldweg verläuft durch eine grüne Wiese und führt in eine neblige Landschaft. Mehrere hohe Bäume mit kahlen Ästen stehen in der Mitte und im Hintergrund des Bildes. Der dichte Nebel lässt die weiter entfernten Bäume und die Landschaft weich und undeutlich erscheinen.
