Dad has been gone 3 months.....miss him so much, still.

Art therapy from a live class this morning. Grief is still crippling me.

Fresh air, being outside, sunrise if possible, get some everyday, it's life changing. It's a frozen tundra, 10 degrees, but I'm going out because I choose me.
