Apparently in some Tx counties there was county wide voting allowing people to vote at any polling place close to them. But it was changed to precinct voting for the primaries and not everyone got the message. Surprise.

That would be sad.
But I couldn’t hold it against the 92% who have done the heavy lifting in elections.
