I have a story beat stashed away somewhere in my brain where people manage to create an Avatar of the universe, believing they would create a god that way.

Yeah! I can’t yet really unpack my take on (digital) asset management, but essentially it goes like this: your indd and psd and ai files, these are your etching plates.
The file is the plate, every export is a print with an intent. Let people bootleg.
