Essentially Callen-Lorde was found to be acting as a Federally Qualified Health Centers, meaning they aren't liable as they're deemed Federal Employees protected by the FTCA.

Doe v. Children's National Hospital - I can’t find a whole lot on because it appears to be sealed. It’s a Medical Malpractice case but it’s not a detransitioner lawsuit. It appears to be brought by parents who lost custody of their child.

Miles Yardley - This has to be a joke. That’s Pariah the doll. They claimed to have detransitioned while apparently being groomed by Milo Yiannopolis. Last I heard they’re still on HRT. I’ll believe that’s a real lawsuit when I see the filings.
Drew Razny - I don’t consider to be a detransitioner case. It’s a genuine case of malpractice allegations against Kathy Rumer, a surgeon known within the community to be a butcher who threatens anyone who speaks out about their experiences online. I can’t say I want to see her win that lawsuit.

This one immediately stood out. It's Prisha's allegation (in deposition) that Dr. Perry said she would grow a penis vs how Dr. Perry actually recalls that conversation:
The Appeal Record includes all filings and exhibits from the case submitted by both parties.
They include full medical records and depositions from both involved parties as well as expert witnesses.
Among those deposed are Sasha Ayad, Miriam Grossman, Paul Hruz and crucially Prisha’s parents.

In my personal opinion the worst malpractice Prisha’s experienced is having attorneys who convinced her to appeal her cases dismissal.
Having now read the deposition Prisha’s referring to, she’s definitely going to end up regretting that the appeal made it publicly available.

Given John Perrotti is an expert witness in multiple #DeTransLaw cases, one has to wonder if he had a hand in crafting the position statment.
Kevin Roberts, President of The Heritage Foundation, claims that evidence suggests a correlation between undergoing Trans Medical Care and acts of violence.
