Thank you again for all your great and creative ideas! The Onyx Team is happy to say, a lot of what was suggested are things we already have in the works- including music performance intermissions through out the show, multiple announcers for the award categories, and to eventually showcase black vtubers on our socials outside of the awards show itself as well. Finally, some clarification: **The Onyx Awards is NOT the same group of individuals who organized the 2024 Black Vtuber Awards.** Sorry for the confusion! The Onyx Awards Team was formed late 2025 and has no affiliation with the previous awards show. Additionally, organization within The Onyx Awards has changed, as one of our founders has stepped down of their own volition. We understand and respect their decision to do so. There is a lot of work ahead of us, but we are confident in the future we have planned! We are very excited to be able to put together an event that lifts up the black vtubing community!
