I find it very difficult to believe that all local LWV’s in CA, conducted studies and came to consensus on mid-cycle redistricting. I don’t think there was time. The use of LWVCA’s name on the front of Munger’s mailer, demonstrates the naïveté of the current LWVCA board.

Staying alert and speaking up
Is exactly what CA is doing. Remember, LWV can choose not to comment. Not sure what LWV process is now, but I find it hard to believe LWVUS reached consensus on this issue.
