* Cda Post Spying: The bill would also give Cda Post authority to open & search letter mail. It would also provide new powers to the Canadian Coast Guard & amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act to make it easier to add new substances to the list of controlled substances.

* Refugees & Immigrants: Makes it difficult to claim refugee status, incl those who've been in Cda for more than a year. It would also give the Immigration Minister new powers to cancel permits for entire groups of people without due process & enable their deportation back to danger w/o a hearing.

* Data Sharing with U.S. govt: Prepares Cda for data-sharing agreements with the US under frameworks like the U.S. CLOUD Act, for U.S. law enforcement to secretly demand data from Cdian tech companies, w/o notice to the user, w/ gag orders.

* Expands Surveillance Powers: Would allow police/CSIS to demand info re online activities from companies based on low "reasonable suspicion" threshold, w/o a warrant. It also allows for the intro of "technical capability orders" to force companies to build surveillance tools into their products.

Cdian govt seeking to pass legislation as vassal of US. Bill C-2:
(1) grants the US all online activity of Cdians &
(2) forces Cda to send back refugees already accepted & deport them w/o due process, & make it almost impossible for any refugee to get refugee status.
