I think this is DC Comics’ best year since 1986. That year had Dark Knight Returns, Watchmen, Swamp Thing and Crisis among other stories. But the Absolute books, Next Level, and Batman: Dark Patterns within the last year? I’d put it on a similar level. Need time to be sure.
Certainly possible. She did shadows, backgrounds and sometimes animals and environments as an assistant.
Scream 7 is pretty bad. Supporting characters are paper thin, no tension, no meta commentary on horror or franchises. Some good kills. Neve Campbell was cool. Mystery/killer was poor.
Tatjana Wood has apparently passed away at age 99. Her father was Jewish so during WW2 her parents sent her to the Netherlands, then NY. She studied as a dressmaker, met/married Wallace Wood and began assisting him, then pivoted to becoming one of the best colorists in comics.
The deal with Paramount does still have to get approved by the shareholders next month, but I get it.

Wow. Shogakukan says they’re terminating their publishing relationship with Marvel. No more Deadpool manga. No more Ultraman in Marvel comics.
If DC doesn’t hire someone like Rodney Barnes or Sanford Greene or David Brothers for a Next Level book, they’re cooked. DC is crushing it but they need to get some popular black creators on board.
Get the comic Petrol Head while you can. Fun book and Pye Parr is likely to blow up soon.
