Anyway. Needed a guarantor. They wanted a surety bond of the full rent. $2660.
Let's talk about why I hate that apartments can pull your credit and base your move in on that.
First of all credit doesn't give you a full picture. It doesn't tell you that my credit is low because I got laid off during pandemic, couldn't find work for 8 months, exhausted my savings...
