I mean it will cycle through many times in a row and then switch it up with something else for several times in a row, probably triggered by a word or phrase I read or reaction I had to something that reminds me of a lyric.
See, I have a playlist based on songs I'd hear in clubs in the heady days of my misspent youth err... mid 20s-mid 30s that is my ADHD trick for focusing on deskwork & this is on it. So now my mental jukebox has playing it on repeat intermittently the past few days.

I'm in my early 50s, and the mental construction I built in my 20s of what being in my 50s meant makes me feel like I'm really still in what my 30s should be except that I don't have quite as much physical energy reserves as then, so I really ought to do more cardio (which is to say - any cardio).

Update/Scoop— New guidance sent this AM to Kansas DMVs indicates licenses that previously had gender marker changed not actually invalid yet. However, internally DMV can see who is flagged, and keeping track of who has/hasn't come in to update. Seems about 300 trans/GNC ppl flagged across the state.
