I wonder the same for state legislatures, governor, AGs, etc.
This is why doomers drive me crazy. There is a lot of possibility out there if youβre willing to work at it and, most of all, vote

I sometimes wonder if thereβs a level of political loss in the upcoming midterms that would get Republican Senators to consider another option other than βdo what Trump saysβ
50% of the House for Dems seems a likely outcome. What would be a shocker? 60%? 70%? same for the Senate, 12 seats? 14?
I donβt think itβs a lie. The βimminent threatβ IS the Epstein Files.
Options to not pay for every news source:
1. A public library
2. A news aggregation service
3. Hunt for a free link or skip the article
Donβt bug those who should be paid for the work you want to read.
I use Apple News for like $13/mo and have most major and local news. There are other choices.
The tax money the state sends to the fed is state employeesβ tax money. Thatβs the payroll tax they could withhold.
It would likely result in the state employees feeling the pain rather than accomplishing anything useful.
I would like pushback on this crap, but this doesnβt seem well thought out
Let me see, last 100 years:
FDR/Truman: 20
Kennedy/Johnson: 8
Carter: 4
Clinton: 8
Obama: 8
Biden: 4
52 out of the last 100 years seems pretty good
Iβm a Democrat and unhappy with the current situation in the party, but itβs not from an inability to win the WH in the last 100 years
A picture of the book βHarlan Ellisonβs City on the Edge of Forever: The Original Teleplayβ it shows a dark picture of the Enterprise with its saucer section in the center of a clock. There is an eye in the center of the saucer with a man beaming down from the eye.
Thereβs graphic novel made of the teleplay. Itβs radically different and a great story and art. I liked the original but understand why Ellison was angry.
Among many other things, Yeoman Rand kicks some butt, and there actually is a city on the edge of forever. Worth a read if you can find it.
Itβs liquid too.
I know, you couldnβt (or wouldnβt) read it because of the paywall. Now you have a gift article, so no excuses! (/s in case itβs not blindingly obvious)
Iβm a lifelong Dem, like these guys and their politics, and know they arenβt going to win the presidency.
Itβs way early and like you said, there needs to be vetting. Like what you said about Pritzker. I would suggest Kelly is another good possibility.
We found that boiled noodles, especially thin rice vermicelli, had a tendency to get mushy and, if left in the hot soup for any length of time, broke apart.

He jilted the couch.
This is my minimum expectation. I can count party members in Congress. I know the odds of passing something. Try anyway, thereβs nothing to lose!
I can think of at least one country with no army, and I hope they never figure that one out
Love this so much had to send it to my wife as a birthday idea: www.danielnashillustration.com/store/godzil...
My Italian grandmother, great-grandmother, and great aunt taught me to make them with a ricer. Definitely the best way.
Of course insurance will pay! (If you can still afford insurance.) The cost of vaccines is pennies compared to the cost of actually getting the conditions they protect against. They donβt want to pay out the amount it costs if you get sick.
Postmarked in Northern VA, not NYC.
Do you have a GoFundMe for this?
That whole battle scene is just perfect. Saw it not too long ago on the big screen, my first time since I saw it on release. Screen time for it is short, but it involves you so fully that βhours seem like daysβ.
Fun note: when we were in grad school, my wife became good friends with the lead nurse at the surgery. She is the wife of the surgeon, and for retirement went back to school for bioarchaeology.
Donald Crabtree was the major figure that advanced our knowledge of stone tool making and analysis. In 1978, he had heart surgery performed with a set of stone tools he made. It healed extremely well because the tools were sharper than steel. 2/2
When I was doing archaeology a lifetime ago, my focus was stone tools (lithics). Tools to do this are relatively easy to create from stone. Stone can be made into very fine instruments, and obsidian has surgical uses. 1/2
French for βout of action.β Incapable of fighting, for whatever reason. You donβt kill people who are defenseless.
Huckleberry Finn for the journey to freedom (on many levels)
The St. Paul cop seems to agree with her after some basic questions and states it would be illegal and they cannot trespass.
I would also not blame Comey. When he re-opened the investigation, my reaction was βAnthony Weiner?! How did ANYONE let him near State Dept. information?!β Completely unforced error to have that mook anywhere near you or your campaign.

As my wife and approach our 35th next month, I can say: Youβre doing all the right things, Frank. All the right things!
They did the same to McGovern.
