3) By earning trust
Many folks rely on #1 or #2. But the most effective and lasting is #3. And you do that by being collaborative, helping others, and showing integrity.

It will probably all be there when Trump rescinds the ban. Your friends had their access taken away because Tik Tok wants to create a groundswell of support from angry users. The ban does not even require Tik Tok to shut down in the U.S.
Besides, the Chinese government may want those recipes. 😏

It’s <1% of the workforce. Amazon expects to get rid of the Bottom 6% every year.
You could do a news story like this for every corporation.
Walk out low performers and bring in new folks you believe will be high performers. It’s standard practice.

1) The onboarding process feels more “human” and “personal” than at Amazon.
2) It’s a joy to not have to use Outlook/WorkDocs/Quip/Chime
