- I took the day off to recharge and spend some time with my gf ahead of the holidays.
- Have been thinking about how to market Swisy better, and I’m going to try affiliate marketing. I need to find the platform with an active Polar-focused community.

- Cancelled my claude code max, decided to focus on marketing instead.
- At this point, fixing bugs feels like polishing something that doesn’t exist.

- discovered a great short-form template, and decided to clone for my product.
- how do people record their monitor screens so cleanly? mine's so blurry and fuzzy. Changed few settings on my phone, but nothing really worked.

- Have been making videos for sns (and the one to go on the website)
- While at it, upscaled the image using one of the best AI upscalers out there (Crystal by @philz1337x). Always do an amazing job with portraits/skin textures.

- Requested for a rate limit increase for gemini api
- Discovered another blocker - body size limit on vercel functions. should be an easy fix
- Creating more vids with different templates. Strictly following the working templates.

- Figured out why users bounce without spending free credits after bothering signing up. They couldn't spend it - gemini api returns 503 error 2/3 times.
- I guess it's inevitable as an AI wrapper. Fucking dependency. I blame myself for it.

- Few more new signups. They all got free credits on signup, but none of them have spent any. Same for everyone signed up so far. Gotta figure out what's going on. (i have sent them emails personally, but no replies yet.)

dam, yeah i read about that on their website. Decided to just switch back to google ai studio api for now. For contents, honestly idk. I'll try to deliver how it has zero learning curve & how precise it gets simultaneously. Any ideas are more than welcome 😀
