I wrote When An Apocalypse Isn’t The End of The World for our members earlier this summer after reading Ethan Mollick’s The Homework Apocalypse. Glad to share it here and learn how others are preparing to explore, leverage and teach about and with generative AI.

Find out about the resources for mental health on campus—both for emergencies and ongoing support. You may never need it, but if a friend is in crisis, you’ll be so glad you already know this to share.

I realize this might not be true/an option for everyone. Have video chats or phone calls with your parents more often than you want to, even if it’s still less often than they want to. They think you’re wonderful and brilliant and you’ll need to hear how proud they are of you from time to time.

Time to really explore a new platform. Looking around ahead of tomorrow’s #edtechchat to be prepared. Profile pic is a reminder to myself, not a judgement of anyone else.
