That John Rzeznik piece halfway through is a certified banger as well! Only real complaint I had about TP was all the only-for-kids toilet jokes and such, there are so many ways to make something funny for ALL ages, and where the humor holds up to rewatches.

I certainly recommend it! There's always going to be an element of subjectivity to the enjoyment of anything, but if nothing else I've always thought of it as one of those "have to watch at some point due to the cultural impact it had/has" movies, kind of like Star Wars or Citizen Kane
