Important point about Medicaid cuts, which will cause a whole lot of rural hospitals to close: it doesn't matter how much $$ or insurance you have. If the nearest hospital is over an hour's drive away, that time gap could kill you.

Right… except this could threaten availability of vaccines. Or at the least funding for new vaccine development. Not to mention the value of blanket vaccination (see measles/polio.)
