Controversial opinion: having a positive quote from a celebrity on your book's cover does essentially sod all for your book's longevity. Writing a book that quite a few people will hate but also makes other people grab their friends and say "READ THIS!" does quite a bit for your book's longevity.

I love this cookbook so much. Ross got it a few years ago and I appreciate how you can find almost ANY cooking technique within its pages. I figured Kenji had a great hard boiled egg technique in here. I tried it out and they truly were the BEST hard boiled eggs I’ve ever had.
