If we survive this, I really hope parents take a long look at how they are teaching empathy to their children. It's so obvious that that is the missing ingredient in huge chunks of the population, amplified by social media algorithms and cultural rewards for reactions rather than thoughtfulness.

In her third interview, she told agents she wanted to clarify how Trump reacted to her biting him, explaining that Trump "pulled her hair and punched her on the side of the head."

I loved his CHILDREN OF TIME SERIES. CITY OF LAST CHANCES reminds me of the old Russian novels: a LOT of character names and a somewhat meandering storyline. I don't love it as much as the CHILDREN OF TIME books, but others obviously feel differently as the series was shortlisted for a Hugo.
