One to forget at Villa Park tonight. Other than the first 5 mins, negative football from the Lambert era. Everyone except Burrows and bizarrely Buendia well off the pace. And in an act of retail imitating football, concourse tills down at half time so couldn’t even buy a brew. Sheesh. #avfc

For what it’s worth, I’m definitely at a 9 now.
I’ve seen enough to be convinced that he’d be value at £40m post-loan. I don’t buy that he’s just playing for a contract etc. That’s just not compatible at a values level with what he’s stirred himself to do outside of football; and the stats Man Utd vs Villa to date don’t lie. #UTV
