Back when 19 was released AI content was not allowed or you didn't have to disclose it (I forget) and it was tucked away in the spell card backgrounds of all the new characters (Except Biten) and Yuuma (who hadn't been in a shmup before)

This is his second game using AI, 19 also has it.

My source is my eyes that I used to look at them, since ZUN isn’t gonna outright say what images are and are not AI. You can also throw them in AI detectors and while those aren’t flawless, all of them netting “it’s AI” results is telling.

The allegory fails when AI is also in 19.

Also all the menus loading screen and HUD. It’s bad.

It’s also not even checked machine TL and has zero intention to translate the games, making me question how much of this is intentional
