when I was a kid, I really wanted to have to wear glasses (I wasn't the only one, right?) but now, as an adult who's worn them for 15+ years and can't wear contacts, man do I find glasses annoying to wear.

I'm on a bus having the absolute worst time - the person next to me is eating something very loudly, the person behind me has their text notification sound on at max volume, and there's an empty glass bottle rolling around on the floor.
I might literally jump out of the window before the next stop.
