Mullin would be the first cabinet member since the 1950s without at least a bachelors degree.

Notable - Trump's pick to be DHS secretary, MarkWayne Mullin is the only serving U.S. senator without at least a bachelor's degree. In 1997, at age 20, Mullin took over his father's business, Mullin Plumbing, when his father fell ill.
Under the war powers act - and I know I know there are so many rules that just don't ... exist in this climate - Trump has to either end the Iran war in 60 days (so late April) or come to Congress for authorization.
