Really worth watching this. Rep. Bill Keating is clearly feeling a little out of his depth here—not quite sure what to say, not quite sure how to react—but he sees work that needs doing, sees a stand that needs taking, and so he just does it. He just does it. Right on.
I don’t understand why the president is allowed to spout nonsense about colonizing another country and the 25th amendment isn’t being invoked in addition to all the other horrors this is insane. It’s absolutely insane. It isn’t funny or even weird.

this is where i am at. there is going to be an election... and trump/musk are going to try very hard to rig or circumvent it. we need to be preparing now to win and enforce those election results.

This is unconscionable. It’s also defeat-able with unity & time. Firms that took on pro bono Gitmo cases were lambasted in yrs after 9/11, incl by bush admin. Not many yrs later, those firms were where every law student wanted to work. Eye 👏 on 👏 ball. Authoritarianism is the worst firm biz model.
