Great sweater
I've been living in a hotel since mid-2024, and I've finally found an apartment if I can come up with $2500 up front for the deposit + first month's rent. Any help is appreciated, including sharing this post. #MutualAidRequest #TransCrowdFund

Subtitles for the Paralympic mixed doubles curling just rendered "juggernaut" as "Chuck Norris." π
(in this case, complimentary)
That's capitalism, baby
I had to resort to Amazon US.
*cheers you on*
WHAT IF HELL IS REAL?!? π
It's so COMFORTING
Ooh I love that shape!
Treats are the best treats
This is both amazing and fully deserved.
A digitally drawn homage to the George Herriman comic strip Krazy Kat. Starting left of frame we see yellow Ignatz Mouse having just thrown a brick which is sailing across the center of the frame and in another instant will bash the oblivious Krazy Kat (a blue bipedal cartoon cat wearing a red scarf) in the back of the head as he walks innocently to the right. Everything is drawn in rough black pen and colored in pale washes. A speech bubble from Ignatz reads βMaybe it willβ¦β, the word βHappenβ appears in the whooshing trail of the sailing brick, and a final speech bubble belonging to the Kat reads ββ¦Todayβ.
WOW
Weirdly had one of those too! Couldn't figure it out--sounded LARGE. This morning I found a tiny bottle of conditioner on the tub floor. π
Ugh I'm sorry!
DMed you!
Strangely, I cannot publicly give details about the badger question without revealing exactly what library I work at (and it's NOT in Wisconsin!)
THANK you
Triumph!
Hooooly shit
My first phone question of the day started off being about badgers and evolved into me explaining how to use "-ai" in a search to at least get rid of the slop at the top; the existence of Bluesky; and the new AI-less Firefox option. I have LIBRARIANED!
EEK
I was a guest on Martha Stewart Living Television.
Gary Larson Far Side cartoon. Kitchen, sunrise in the window, lil' dog standing on a stool and using the espresso machine. Caption: While their owners sleep, nervous little dogs prepare for their day.
Asthma is outpacing my usual meds (not in a scary dangerous way, I promise!) so I just got Prednisone. I actually ENJOY Prednisone but I'm pretty sure the people around me do NOT, because I become this dog. YAP YAP YAP!
I'm just glad you weren't in a library
Happy birthday but I can't because I already DID π
Ooh, intrigued
Oof
