Hmmm changing the rules so Shadow of the Erdtree can win the GOTY this year feels a bit wrong in my opinion. Sure, it's a stellar expansion but we had Blood & Wine, Iceborne, and Phantom Liberty that could have won in their years too if this new DLC/Expansion rule applied to those.
