Trust, the apathy regarding the US here infuriates me to no end. We are heavily tied to the US in many ways whether we like it or not, and American ideas and opinions are incredibly influential here despite most claiming they're not. Most people see what's happening as "you made your bed, lie in it"
but all I've seen so far is a lot of people calling for the guy who shot her to be fired and face justice. The majority of the Australian populace is completely disconnected to the corruption and fascism that has taken hold of the US and views things like this with utter delusion.
