Pamela is an amazing writer and friend. Cannot wait for this one
Do you like weird, super low-budget horror film oddities like THINGS, THE BURNING MOON, BLACK DEVIL DOLL FROM HELL, and THE ABOMINATION? If so, check out my book HAND-HELD HELL, newly back in print from @terrorvisionvids.bsky.social. You can pick it up here: jburning.bigcartel.com/product/hand...
Between ruins two womans stare to the viewer. A snake partly destroyed crawling under the legs of one woman. An Greek statue in the background. Some camellia's in the corner in front of a deteriored wall.
Every day I'll post some drawings until I don't.
This one from 2017 still a fav.
Meanwhile the government of my country is shoving 23 billion of our money in AI and still talk about sovereignty and environmental concerns. What a bunch of assholes.
Thanks, Shane. Hope you dig it!
Thank you, Jack!
Thank you, Michelle!
Thank you! I’ll post more info when it’s available, but Arcanist has three other albums available on Yuggoth Records, each one exploring different worlds in CAS’s universe. They’ve got a Bandcamp if you’re interested. Best, M
Cover detail from the forthcoming Clark Ashton Smith themed dungeon synth project Arcanist, inspired by the dying earth of Zothique . More info soon.
I think there’s an Outer Limits episode called ‘Counter Weight’, and it has some creepy stop motion tentacle monster.

One of my most favorite comics of all time. I bought them issue by issue when they were coming out
A brick entrance gate to a university campus, with people walking inside on a sunny autumn day. On the pavement in front of the gate, a message is written in large yellow chalk letters that reads, “Nick Fuentes is right about Israel.” Fallen leaves are scattered across the ground.
Spotted at Harvard today. Not great at all at how this nazi is being mainstreamed and normalized. This shit is absolutely not welcomed here. Used water from my water bottle to erase part of it.
Seems like there’s rad horror lit stuff happening every day in nyc. Awesome to see
Great work. Especially love the ‘First Utterance’ reference. Possibly my favorite album of all time
In lieu of a complex graphic assaulting your eyeballs with all 18 stories I've had published this year, please consider this one if you're reading for awards: "The Power Company Detective," eligible in the short story category. Weird horror with no easy answers.

Grappling with some serious existential & financial angst today. Friendly reminder I've got two fun books with big ideas out that cool readers seem to really enjoy. Would love for you to check 'em out, too
Really beautiful soundtrack

Did I make it into @reactorsff.bsky.social's Reading the Weird? Well, not directly. But my mention in @johnlangan.bsky.social's "Errata" did.
Great game!
@michaelwhelan.bsky.social Nifft the Lean is one of my favorite Sword & Sorcery books of all time, as is the amazing cover. Could you talk a bit about how this cover came to be? Did the brief describe this scene specifically, or were you provided a manuscript to make your own choices? Thanks!
