hes just happy to be there @vulxywal.mystian.art
In honor of MAR10 day! πββοΈ
I think I'm going to Anthrocon this year? Maybe? Sure why not, I need another pierogi feast weekend in my life.
Back at work and finding out another one of my colleagues is leaving, we're bleeding out serious load-bearing employees.
Hard to imagine work actually declining further but damn we're on pace to implode π
It's a bit of a convoluted work-around but you can make a list of all your follows and replace your Following tab with that list instead, and it will only be the chronological feed, no algorithmic content. You just have to remember to add any new follows to the list and maintain it.
lfg!
Good luck!

I miss it so much!
I know it wouldn't actually be as perfect as it sounds but moving up to a cabin in northern Vermont sure sounds pretty perfect, it feels like an unreal location every time I go up.
I do skimo at a small little hill not much bigger than this and for a short sprint course like this I can confirm it is absolutely flawless.
The skimo course is so weirdly artificial with the stairs and obstacles that it wraps around from feeling wrong to the silliest torture device ever devised. I love it so much.
Also as one who's done skimo, I would barf so hard trying to sprint like that.
I'm staying here just as a base camp for a ski vacation but the people watching is a top notch benefit.
I've been staying with my uncle at his cabin in rural New Hampshire for the week and he and his buddies are the most divorced 60-something New Englander guys you've ever met. Mustaches, ratty hoodies, Patriots hats, thick accents, and a passion for drinking beer and snowmobiling. It's fascinating.
I got psychic, but I also haven't played since gen 1 so I was guessing at what moves or types I used the most.
The 2026 Barkley Marathons is over. There are no finishers. #BM100
Damian Hall came in off loop 3, but without collecting all his pages and is the last to face the bugler. Fog, cold, and the wet weather were factors. #BM100
SΓ©bastien Raichon finished loop 3 in 38:05:46 and is credited with a Fun Run. #BM100
Thanks for recommending Money Stuff in the offseason episode, it's been a great read.
Don't know if "assert dominance over the briars" is the best strategy here but there's a reason they're out there and I'm not.
If he was from New Castle he wouldn't bring a flag he'd steal the Cash Ave sign and bring that instead.
"Water balloon guy" has someone tried claiming an empty water balloon counted as water storage to skirt mandatory gear at UTMB or another race? I know people get real clever trying to shave weight off of mandatory kit (i.e. surgical gloves for water proof gloves) #BM100
I was hoping he'd be there but I checked his Strava earlier and he's uploading skimo in Switzerland today, so unless he's doing some very clever misdirection...

Re: auto-entries, Phil Gore (Big's Backyard winner) has Strava uploads still in Australia today so he declined entry, unless he's doing some serious GPS spoofing.
Mathieu Blanchard won Barkley Fall Classic, did he take the entry?
I grew up in Delaware and that was my immediate guess!
Unfortunately not only did I run one, I then proceeded to come back for more. Save yourself, the rest of us are beyond saving!
To my followers wondering Why I'm Like This posting about #BM100 all of a sudden this was my fun little progression two years ago out of nowhere.
