I am fairly confident that Issue 1 is going down in flames.

As of 2:30, Cuyahoga County has turnout of over 26%. This is higher than:
- the May 2022 Primary (which was the Dem primary for Govand the GOP primary for US Senate)
- the March 2020 Primary
It should pass the 2021 General by the time you read this.

I think this bodes well for a 'NO' vote.
