Orzo is:
1) Italian for barley
2) English for a type of pasta resembling barley in shape
What English speaking people call orzo Italian people call pastina.
I hope that's clearer π

But also a name for a pasta resembling barley in its shape. In Italy we just call it pastina (small pasta)
