Since apparently 3 pies is too much for Thanksgiving, I made a Bakewell tart last weekend before the 2 pies I’ll be making today. It’s the Mary Berry recipe, that claims to feed 12 (people who don’t like Bakewell tart).
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.
certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

Today was Pecan pie, recipe by chef Eddie van Damme (using brown sugar rather than corn syrup). I could have taken it out of the oven a few minutes earlier so it didn’t crack on top, but it’s still very tasty.
Been a while since I made a pie, so today I made Apple Crumb Pie.
