i'm not doing well after today's radiation therapy- i barely ate anything today but i keep v*miting. none of the nausea medication is helping

Thank you for these suggestions — I‘ve feeling really stuck on “I want to build community with my neighbors, but I just don’t know how”, and this has helped me get unstuck 🙏
If you are feeling as helpless and no words are enough enraged as we are, get together with neighbors. We are doing that today and tomorrow and the next day
Put a note in your neighbor's mailbox with your phone number to text if they are in trouble
We are putting out coffee and donuts tomorrow and sitting outside

Surviving the In-Between
I’m stepping out of my winter hibernation again to share something that’s been sitting with me.
Today, and not for the first time, I’ve felt off.
