Sure looks like one, but I find it very hard to distinguish between Cooper’s hawks and sharp-shinned hawks.

A few bird pictures I could manage: a pair of common ravens on Morningside Drive just north of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine—the first time I’ve seen them since the chicks fledged—and a tufted titmouse in Central Park near the Pool.
