We lose an hour tonight, which is fine with me because that's one less hour we have to spend in this hellscape known as Trump's America.

I felt a strong urge to beat someone up at Aldi. He left his cart LITERALLY in the middle of the aisle and wandered away from it. So I tried to go around it and crashed my cart a little, which got his attention. So he goes to get his cart and says, "You gotta be smarter than that." Like what?

I got an account on Instagram banned! I didn't think it was possible. I can't remember why I reported it, but it was on the day of Alex Pretti's murder so probably related to that.

The house was built in 1909, I'm not sure if the tub is original to the house but I would not be surprised.

It's very expensive so I keep rationalizing it. Oh and a cat scratched up the drywall around the tub which is bad in a wet environment but that won't be a factor anymore! Proper moisture barrier!

The step down from the tub is much higher than a normal tub and scary! And there was weird storage on the walls, and I had to buy special shower curtain liners. And that's our only bathroom! So I'm excited but nervous!

I'm getting a new bathtub/ shower tomorrow! I've been living with a claw foot tub for 7 years and I know some people love them but it's not practical or great when you only take showers, and if you have cats who play under it and puke, and it's impossible to clean under there.

I earned my M.S. in psychology there in 1999. Those two years were awful. I still can't believe some things that happened in the department. My advisor couldn't take it either. She left OU and I followed her for my PhD.

I was also invited to follow the department's Instagram page. They had posts celebrating the other grad students who won teaching awards, but Mel's was not there. I guess they didn't want to face any backlash. I guess they weren't expecting alumni to know or care about what happened to them.

This makes me so mad, I'm shaking. NO MENTION of them being fired. I mean of course there isn't. I did check the OU Psych website and they are still listed but with no email address like every other grad student.
