So much Unwell FC content in the run up to the NWSL season. What a marketing coup!

I also don't understand what more there is to discuss now? We don't live in Maine, we don't vote in Maine. We have no say in what Maine does. We can fly up there and door-knock, or phone bank, or donate to whomever and... that's it. We move on. It's ultimately not my call.
Alternatively, they're not seeing what they need to see from the two rookie forwards that they signed to multi-year contracts.
Or it's all good and they have cap space and roster space so why not get quality depth?
Carusa is a *great* depth option at forward, which concerns me that we need depth at forward... because we might lack depth at forward... due to injuries in our starting forwards.
It's been a minute since this announcement, and if you take a step back it's pretty impressive that American-style technical training in soccer is being taught in Brazil.
Just the broader sense that America has something of value to teach Brazilians about "soccer".
View of the spur at the end of E Riverfront Dr that is now KC Current Way.
Oh wait, it apparently got approved later?
Street Name Change application from KC Current to change a roadway to "Kansas City Current Way" which has been denied.
Ope. At least you tried, Current.
I think if you look across all of the Polish first division he's the best per capita in the league.
Nailed it, also the next one which was St. Louis (lol) and then regressed a bit from there.
The blurb afterwards about KC was food related, the one for St. Louis was about institutionalized racism.
Maptap asking me to click where Kansas City is on a globe.
I swear, if I mess this up...
I mean, I can see kids playing on a mini-pitch on a 2023 Google Earth satellite photo! Imagine what a military satellite and a trained technician can observe?
A target list has to be assessed & re-assessed via multiple steps. AI isn't the primary issue, it's the lack of thoroughness that *any* target list assessment needs unless there are extremely urgent circumstances. A lot of things happened in Iraq & Afghanistan, but something like *this* never did.
Macau?
Every personβs story seems to be like this. Either the coolest, grittiest way to make a living or a complete deadbeat.
Ah understood. There are several in the area I think have been relocated, but they were all initially located outside the 1940 city limits.
Similar thing at the Hodge Park Living History Museum.
More recently was a move of a barn near Lee's Summit airport:

And even if you don't like her, just the basic common decency to do that (not surprised that's in short supply), or to recognize how *bad* this looks for the administration.
This is amazing; am watching on C-SPAN3. If she had a staff member who liked her, that person would've walked up to her 15 minutes ago to whisper in her ear to get out of there.
But no one is protecting her. Any one of these attendees can break the news to her on live tv.
The administration could not look more incompetent than they do now.
So... 2023 with the new ground effects rules?
Here are @sportico.bsky.social's most recent valuations for the WNBA and NWSL. #WNBA #NWSL
π WNBA -- $269 million average
π΅ NWSL -- $184 million average
In an urban area of 118,032 people. That means 6% of all residents from Burlington put down a request for season tickets.
1. Built Strategic Air Command bases in North Africa and Southern Asia.
2. Questionable oil man.
$41 million in local revenue, and it should only increase as Current Landing gets opened, the team store on the Plaza has a full year of operation, and the streetcar makes all of it more accessible.
"The ability to control all of the revenue streams at CPKC, including non-NWSL events, pushed the Currentβs 2025 local revenue to an estimated $41 million and highest in NWSL. The figure is 7x what the Stars generated locally last year and highlights the financial disparity within the league."
Angel City remains the most valuable NWSL franchise.
But it now has company in the $200+ million club π

TWELVE DAYS FROM KICKOFF!
It's rare to find a good use for it. Had to go there despite the more serious tone of the conversation at hand.
Thank you for having us over for Shield Night. We'll bring the trophy.
