I also don't understand what more there is to discuss now? We don't live in Maine, we don't vote in Maine. We have no say in what Maine does. We can fly up there and door-knock, or phone bank, or donate to whomever and... that's it. We move on. It's ultimately not my call.
Alternatively, they're not seeing what they need to see from the two rookie forwards that they signed to multi-year contracts.
Or it's all good and they have cap space and roster space so why not get quality depth?
Carusa is a *great* depth option at forward, which concerns me that we need depth at forward... because we might lack depth at forward... due to injuries in our starting forwards.
It's been a minute since this announcement, and if you take a step back it's pretty impressive that American-style technical training in soccer is being taught in Brazil.
Just the broader sense that America has something of value to teach Brazilians about "soccer".

A target list has to be assessed & re-assessed via multiple steps. AI isn't the primary issue, it's the lack of thoroughness that *any* target list assessment needs unless there are extremely urgent circumstances. A lot of things happened in Iraq & Afghanistan, but something like *this* never did.
