I'm mourning the evil we do first and foremost but I am also mourning the good we sacrifice to do it.
If you divide this by 50, it's 74 million per state, which is the annual budget for the entire Philadelphia library system.
We're burning a major city's library system *per state* of money on murder in a hundred hours.
There's at least one case where they sold a kid's phone just to a nearby resaler, so I kinda expect that's happening a lot.
