we spend 1/3 of our life in bed- i'm in the camp of "if you can bougie/comfort/painfree/ TF out of it, you should bougie/comfort/painfree TF out of it.invested in luxury sheets &have not doubted that decision a single moment of night(or day).decision made @ 50 :). pillows are a #slipperyslope

3. data on both sides of the USS Liberty is interesting and arguably there are pieces that don't add up for both "sides." if we can't have an honest, open conversation about govt relations from 60 years ago.... how can we do that now? and we desperately need to do that now.

i think there are a few. 1. awareness of how soldiers are treated and perceived by society when they return from war. For example, survivors of USS Liberty have been under gag order for all of these years which has disallowed healing. that is relevant to a lot of our soldiers.

what is absolutely infuriating is the unappreciated derivative impact of this BS. my kids were in lockdown that went sideways b/c it was in between classes. so many kids had PTSD from the intercom that school had to run desensitization programing to fucking normalize regular school announcements.
