I just found out about another wrinkle in the film festival/distribution continuum that applies to shorts, and I'm frankly upset.

A film student just reached out to me for an interview for class, and we had such a good talk. I didn't sugarcoat it, but I'm eternally optimistic that Hollywood can be better and support more sustainable careers. Let's do it.
