Sharing a great accomplishment of mine! I didn’t work this whole weekend, and I feel so happy 😁 I have been trying to take better care of my health and well-being! As Dr. Yeh once said, resting is resisting! Nobody should work 80 hours per week, and no one should feel guilty for not working 24/7.
