Iran is a highly educated, sophisticated, literary, and literate country with a huge middle class and a brave youth that clearly are willing to sacrifice everything to live in a free society. This is not Afghanistan, or Iraq even, where America hoped to insert democracy. The Iranians are already dying for democracy.

If you condemn regime change in Iran simply because it is driven by Trump and Netanyahu, your yardstick for assessing a situation does not extend beyond personal animosity. Do better.
