But for artusts using substar, be smart about this. Don't tag your art with normal words, come up with codes if need be. Don't use words that might flag the moderation in the file name. Don't use words like diaper, baby, little, etc. in the descriptions. It's not fair but we do what we must.

Right now, it's important that people don't pull out of substar. I know we're all justifiably upset, but they are rolling some things back, and for all we know, abdl might be in the clear at some point.

Artists need support now more than ever. So let's just wait and see what happens.

They allow you to be paid via PayPal so I'll hold my breath. I want to believe but it's hard to throw caution to the wind.

Plus, since you can't use usd, we all run the risk of losing money thanks to the fall of Japanese yen.

I made others feel like they were safe with substr. I vouched for them so many times. I loved their services up til now. They always helped me out, calmed my nerves over content and went up to bat for me.

But the second they get what they want, they just toss us aside.

I think this whole thing with substr pisses me off so much more because I emailed them. I asked them if I needed to be worried about them kicking abdl artists off of the platform.

When I was assured that their new submission screening was nothing to be worried about, I told other artists about it.

I had such a good day too. Sigh. I just want to give up.

Same. I already said as much in my discord post about this all. Just a place to hang out until something better comes along. Either that or I figure out how to add a subscription thing to my own site.

Maybe find a way to make it a little easier on yourself too. Could do like cropped pieces like knee up or something. Or maybe a colored sketch if your plan was to do colored pieces.

And yeah it's hard :x Right now I have it to where people can stack 3 of the $60 tier to get a flat piece with a bg.

Yeah I noticed this too. I have a $170 tier that accounts for 1/3rd of the money I currently make with substar. Not sure what people who offered commission style rewards will do.

I know they allow that on the main site but idk what payment processors they use for fanbox. They don't have to be mutually exclusive so I want to make sure.

Again, same for substar. I even showed them my art and they told me I had nothing to fear. They then added new card processors to the site and changed their tos. A month ago no one would have been worried.

Yeah but substar was the same way until this month. Saying that is meaningless without a statement that they aren't going to change or more info on the payment processors they use.
