Turning out to be a good Sunday. The kids are quiet. Julie is making breakfast. We got the ultimate 80s station on Spotify, and I'm just doing my puzzles like my dad did. Wonderful things! May you never change!

Yeah. Work and life ultimately suck, but can you really lose or be in a bad mood when you have reggae music and chocolate pudding? I profess not. It's just a heavenly pairing. Smiles love it!

Had a great time at the 311 show last night! One of the best father's day presents ever! On the way home my son was talking with me about the show. "Who'd you go and see?" "311", I replied. My son goes, I think I know one of their songs. Me on the other hand, I've listened to this band for 30 years.

Doing good today! Bought my ticket to go see 311 Tuesday night. I had a good breakfast, coffee, music, and a lot of love! The good vibes are out there people! That's what's up!

It's a Red Hot Chili Peppers/Fishbone/Faith No More kinda morning. I heard More Than Words by Extreme. Got a bit teary eyed because hearing it made me feel like a kid again. Today is good!

What an ass. He should've been kind enough to let you go first. Your order was smaller and you are a member of the opposite sex. Not that it really has anything to do with it. We're all human, most of us at least. It's just courteous.

Having a nice evening. Julie made a hearty breakfast for dinner. We're just listening to some reggae jams. Today I dyed my hair blue again. We're probably going to end this day with a nice family drive. Life is good.

Feeling good today! Going to a concert tonight and father's day is tomorrow! It's all kinds of goodness wrapped up in a warm tortilla of love!

Went to my daughter's graduation ceremony last night. She got a drink thrown at her. Thankfully it missed. But all the drama that ensued because of it. I thought we were above this. Sadly we aren't. Despite this though, Amber looked beautiful. So proud of baby girl. Glad all is okay.

Just got turned onto a whole bunch of Spotify stations via my wife. I celebrate this because it only furthers the theory, your vibe attracts your tribe. Give me some old school 311 and some new rockin reggae and I'm happy. To know yourself and all your parts is to know true love. Peace be with you.

Listening to a punk list on Spotify. They just played Holiday in Cambodia and followed it up with Fall Out Boy. I don't have anything wrong with it, it just doesn't fit.

Getting ready to go into a big week. My youngest graduates highschool, Me and my bestie are going to see the Almighty Fishbone, and it's father's day. One of my personal faves!

Starting out this day off with a nice family breakfast. Granted it's only McDonalds, but the small things mean the world to me. As Nick Hexum of 311 once sang, "Stay positive and love your life." This day is good.

Can't sleep.What am I thinking about? School bullies. I got bullied a lot growing up. It's just who I was. There were two main offenders and to this day their names remain etched on my brain. Everything in this world serves a purpose. Even our enemies. It is up to us to rise and be bigger and better

It's been a good day. We had our little memorial day celebration. The wife cooked up some burgers, potato salad, watermelon, and key lime pie. Beer will be had later. Today is good. Thanks to those who have served and given me freedom.
