19. No waterbed here, either.

There’s a kind of hollowness to the sound. I can’t quite put my finger on it, though.

I don’t think it has aged as well as their first three studio albums, and the production is sub-par. FWIW, I think Trilogy was their best.

They must need to pad their retirement accounts, or something.

They are the very model of consistency, aren’t they?

OMG who did this?

It’s music that helps us get through difficult times.

This is one of my very favorite tracks from my favorite band.

I, for one, appreciated that.

Close To The Edge, but you already knew that.

Do we really need two public radio stations in Boston? - The Boston Globe Rather than cutting both operations to the bone and seeing a decline in the quality of their programs, might it be wiser to merge the two stations?

Jill Abramson is spot on that @wgbh.org and @wbur.org should consider a merger. They both compete for the same donors, and both play many of the same shows, like 'Marketplace' and 'Wait, wait...'. Makes sense to pool resources, no?

Misread the question. Answer should have been β€˜1’.

19. I personally have never owned an encyclopaedia, although my parents had one.

I have never understood why Boston has two NPR news stations, WGBH and WBUR, trying to get donations from the same donor pool. Why not consolidate?

Well, I learned something new today!

Careful with that axe, Eugene.

String interpolation for a type? I would never have expected that to work.

I agree with that assessment.

I've ignored it for most of the past five decades, but have been listening to it more recently, and it actually sounds better with age.

So...the HOA board is not filled with Karens?

Fragile is outstanding, no doubt, but my other favorite is Relayer. I wish they’d done more with Patrick Moraz, much as I love Grumpy Old Rick.

The whole sequence from The Yes Album through GFTO is just superb, even with the excesses of Topographic Oceans.
