Following up bc im passionate: making ur own "lesson plans" w reminders is very helpful too! Like read what u can of a wiki article for thing u like, then try to teach it back w/ writing or speech. When ur comfortable, research a thing and write an essay, make notes on a youtube video, go nuts

Immerse yourself as much as you can! I change my phone language, a solid 20-40 minutes of podcasts in target language, then music when I'm brain-tired. Journaling, talking to urself, youtube (adjustable speed!), anki flashcards for study! Find what u like in ur target language. Give urself rest too!
