I figured out how to change my storygraph reading goals and also create additional genre-specific challenges so basically i'm unstoppable
Even If I can't resolve to sustain all these interests, I'm more interested in trying a lot of things this year.
Journaling is back on the menu. Sending snail mail. More date nights out of the house! I'm also thinking about logging things I craft, piano pieces I can play confidently. Not all of these things have numbers; some of it is tracking a habit to manifest it into existence with low pressure.
I am happy with the goals I met last year (reading more, watching more movies, exercise) and am shrugging at the ones that didn't stick (journaling, finishing a jrpg). This year, I wrote a bunch of different accomplishable goals and seeing where I land. I'm filled with creative optimism.

A couple years ago I found out I only have slight oral food allergies to many tree nuts, minor enough to eat them, very cool. Today I found out chestnut is not one of them, and the tree nut panel during my last allergy test is likely to not have included it. Not cool at all.
