I was able to hear the music pretty well actually, It was louder than wearing earplugs but not as loud as being headless. As for the other suiter, I actually met them at the concert. We just both happened to wear our heads and it seemed like they could hear fine in theirs too
And I did drink lots of water and wasn't really uncomfortable until the very end, I wasn't at risk of heat exhaustion or heat stroke.
I do feel bad about blocking the people up front, but I couldn't push my way to push back to my original spot

I moved out of peoples way before the concert started to avoid blocking the view, and told the people around me to let me know if I was in the way. But I later got moved right up to the front by the Conga line.
